Pour your oil into the pan and cook on high for a minute.3.
When you turn the oil over, remove from the heat and let cool.4.
Place your oil back in the pan, remove and cool completely.5.
Once the oil is cool, place it back into the microwave and repeat the process.6.
Repeat with the remaining oil, stirring the time it takes to cool to room temperature.7.
If you want to make it into a cake, place your oil inside the pan for 5 minutes, then add your desired toppings.8.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the top of the oil cake is golden brown.9.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the entire oil cake becomes a soft, golden brown crust.10.
Top with a sprinkle of sea salt and serve!
