The pair have agreed a deal that will see the 26-year-old move to Turin for a fee of €25 million (about $32.8 million).
Zlatan will join Inter Milan in the summer, where he will join former teammate Claudio Marchisio as the second-most capped player in Serie A. Inter have already agreed a transfer fee with Milan for Ibrahimovic.
Ibrahimovic, meanwhile, is set to become the youngest player to ever play in Serie B. The striker, who joined Milan from Paris Saint-Germain in 2012, is now in his 12th season at the San Siro and has scored five goals and made seven assists in 33 league games this season.
The former Juventus player will be joined by Claudio Marotta, who will be joining the Italian giants from Milan for a similar fee of about €28 million.
